I am a philosopher who focuses on political philosophy, philosophy of science, and ethics.
I am currently a Departmental Lecturer (≈ Assistant Professor) in Philosophy and Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, where I also serve as Assistant Director of the Military Leadership and Judgment Programme.
I received my Ph.D. in philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania and was previously a visiting researcher at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Before entering academia, I served in the U.S. Army and then worked in finance.
